- Install and Repair flagpoles (training to be provided).
- Must be comfortable with heights, Bucket/Lift Truck Experience a plus!!
- Occasional work installing banners, roof-mounted flagpoles, wall-mounted flagpoles, and assisting other crews with the installation and take down of larger flagpoles (training to be provided)
- Service flags and flagpoles by taking down worn flags and hanging new flags.
- Strong background, in use and knowledge, of hand and power tools
- Ability to navigate the area and have a good sense of direction.
- Must be able to work well with others but also enjoy working independently.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Responsible for keeping truck and tools neat and organized.

Requirements
- Good physical ability.
- Position requires substantial amount of lifting and bending
- Current and Clean Driver’s License is an absolute must.

Job Description
• Manage customer inquiries in person and via phone/email.
• Process orders for stock flags, banners, and flagpoles.
• Route calls to appropriate departments for custom products and flagpole installation/service.
• Clearly communicate with customers and provide assistance that produce customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Sage Business Works and a CRM system to track all orders and invoices.
• Manage the flagpole installation/service calendar, including:
   o Setting appointments with customers
   o Confirming appointments with customers
   o Communicating last minute changes to customers, if necessary
   o DigSafe callouts and ticket tracking
• Process all online orders.
• Packaging and shipping of orders as needed – provide support to warehouse shipper, ability to pull and stock inventory, and utilize shipping module
• Manage upkeep of Online Store -update pricing and photographs, add products.
 • Update pricing in Business Works as needed.
• Work closely with remote employees, be able to communicate in a timely manner via phone and email.
 • Various Data Entry tasks as required.
 • Work with a team to count inventory on a yearly basis.

Requirements
 • High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Shopify experience a plus
• Reliable, Good Attendance Record
