I plan academic ceremonies and a week before our school's commencement ceremony, I found that we were missing our schools gonfalon. I called Gates, who produced my original gonfalon, and they were able to create two brand new ones for me within a week! Joe, who handles the custom work, is terrific. We can’t speak highly enough on the quality service and installation of my 25’ residential fiberglass flagpole!! Bob Brooks was extremely helpful in making an intelligent choice on our new flag and flagpole. He moved the installation along swiftly and, to our surprise, within a week or so, two very skilled technicians, Iben and Elix, took great care and concern with the manual installation. They were very aware of some obstacles that did not allow them to use a “corkscrew-like” machine to facilitate the creation of a 2-1/2-foot hole to create the needed footing. Do yourself a HUGE favor and get Gates for your next install without hesitation.
