Vinyl banners are a staple signage solution due to their affordability, fast production time, and incredible versatility. Whether used for promoting events, celebrating milestones, highlighting special sales, or directional signage these banners serve a wide range of indoor and outdoor purposes. From one-day pop-ups to long-term displays, vinyl banners are a go-to for both commercial and personal use.
We provide three different vinyl weights tailored to varying durability needs and budgets. Whether your banner is for a single-day event or a long-term outdoor installation, we have the right material for you. Indoor vinyl banners, commonly found hanging from ceilings or mounted on large wall spaces, feature a smooth finish that keeps your graphics clean and uninterrupted. Outdoor banners are typically made from scrim vinyl, designed to withstand the elements with a slightly textured surface. While many foreign-made vinyls use a loose scrim weave that creates a distracting waffle-like pattern, our American-made vinyl uses a tight scrim weave for added durability and a smoother, more refined appearance. We use high-resolution digital printing, allowing for a wide range of vibrant colors and crisp detail, and offer both single- and double-sided printing on select options.

Gates Flag & Banner offers a range of finishing options for both indoor and outdoor vinyl. Our team of experts will help guide you in selecting the appropriate options for your project.

Pole pockets (also known as Pole Hems) are typically sewn into the top and bottom of a banner and allow for a pole or rod to slide through.

Grommets are metal-reinforced holes placed along the banner edges. They are the most common finishing option, allowing for easy hanging with ropes, zip ties, or hooks.

Webbing is a seatbelt-like material, used to reinforce banner edges. This helps keep grommets from ripping out, and provides additional strength to banners.

Wind vents are reinforced cuts made in the banner to allow wind to pass through. Used for high wind areas and on large vinyl.

Rope Heading is a length of rope sewn into the banner edge for added strength. It’s ideal for larger banners or installs requiring extra tension.
