Cast Aluminum Cap Adapter. Size 5.5" with set screws used to cap the top of a pole and accept the truck assembly Fits over the top of a 5.5" outer diameter (5.5" OD) flagpole. Tapped to accept a 1-1/4" spindle for a truck assembly (pulley unit). Set screws used to hold in place on top of pole
