Shipping

Everything ships (Monday through Friday) from Clifton, NJ 07011 or Lynchburg, VA 24502. We will use the contact information you provide. Please ensure it is correct when you place an order: Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost orders or orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manner.

All shipping is via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Orders placed before 12PM will ship same day if everything is in stock.  Orders placed after 12PM will ship the next day.  Please be aware of this when selecting your ship method.  Any order received after 12PM Eastern Time on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.  We are closed on all major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas) and any order received before or during an observed holiday will be processed and or shipped after.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, however if you reside elsewhere and would like to purchase our products, please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your shipment.  We DO ship to APO’s.

FREE Shipping on In-Ground Flagpoles applies to the 48 Contiguous States, ONLY.  There is a 4-6 week lead time on all flagpole shipments. 

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Gates Flag & Banner Co. is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery and Gates Flag and Banner Co., Inc. must be contacted with 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Failure to note damages will result in the inability to file a freight claim. Original packaging should be retained to facilitate your claim to the freight company's delivering terminal. Gates Flag and Banner is not responsible for damages that may occur during transit. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Please report any damage to the freight company at time of delivery.
