This is a beautiful, well made flag especially since it's actually made in the USA! Our neighbors love it also. Delivery was way faster than expected.
Warranty is supposed to be lifetime. It is nonexistent in my experience. Companies says they don’t work with individuals only their dealers. Although the dealers they give you contact numbers for say they don’t carry that pole anymore. And are no help. The one dealer I did find that said they could help told me the company agreed to replace the pole after the Christmas holidays and would be after the first of the year. which would be 2026. I am now in April and the dealer hashad no news on the replacement. Do not plan on having a warranty if you buy this flag pole.
