The official flag of the United States Navy was formally adopted on April 24, 1959, though the service’s origins reach back to October 13, 1775, when the Continental Congress established the first American naval forces.
The flag features a dark blue field bearing the official seal of the U.S. Department of the Navy, centered above a gold scroll with the inscription “United States Navy.” The seal depicts a three-masted ship under full sail, a bald eagle, and a fouled anchor, all symbolizing the Navy’s readiness, global presence, and maritime heritage.
From the earliest days of the Revolutionary War to today’s modern fleet, this flag represents the strength, honor, and resilience of the Navy and all who serve at sea.
The U.S. Navy 250th Anniversary Flag honors America250 — the national Semiquincentennial Celebration commemorating the United States’ 250th anniversary in 2026.
This special edition pays tribute to 250 years of naval excellence, innovation, and sacrifice. It reflects the Navy’s enduring mission to protect freedom of the seas and safeguard the nation’s interests around the world. The 250th design recognizes the Navy’s proud evolution — from wooden sailing ships to the world’s most advanced maritime force — while honoring the generations of Sailors who have upheld its core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
Perfect for military installations, veterans’ organizations, government buildings, educational institutions, and patriotic displays, this commemorative flag is Made in the U.S.A. and crafted to official specifications for indoor or outdoor display.

We are very happy with the 250 flag we recently purchased to celebrate our nations 250th birthday. We are very glad your flags are made in the USA. You installed a flag pole for us in 2020 and it is one of the best thing we have ever done. We also purchased the Marine Corp flag that we fly below the USA flag. Thank you for making a quality product.
I love the 13 colonies flag with 250 stitched in the middle. I'm very famous in my neighborhood now because my flag is so cool. God bless America!
Beautiful flag, looks great!
Beautiful flag. Long may she fly!
Nice flag, I bought two, one for my son. Only one concern, the wind does not always blow from the right direction and hard enough to display the 13 stars and 250. Now if you could fix that it would be great.
