This 9/11 Heart Flag was designed by Louie Ponstingel, a Hawthorne, NJ native.  Ponstingel formerly worked as a fire dispatcher and police sketch artist for the city of Paterson.  Available in a garden banner or a traditional outdoor flag. Manufactured with 100% nylon. Durable and fast drying. The outdoor flag features a sturdy heading and brass grommets.  The garden banner features a top sewn pole hem for vertical display. Recommended for use with Garden Bracket.
